2021 Ride Schedule

Due once again to the COVID-19 pandemic, Alberta North BK AB VII did not have an approved ride schedule for 2021. This did not mean we stopped riding. We rode many weekends to different destinations practicing physical distancing. We called these rides BBRs (Brown Bag Rides). Members packed their own lunches and we ate picnic-style.

2020 Ride Schedule

Due to the COVID-19 virus, Alberta North BK AB VII did not have an approved ride schedule for 2020. This does not mean we stopped riding. 2019 Ride Schedule

Rides noted do not include rides of opportunity and some invitations from other Chapters.

  • May 11: Mayerthorpe Fallen 4 Memorial Ride – Mayerthorpe AB – First official ride of the season. (Formal Dress Code).  May 18th will be the alternate date.
  • May 24-26: Annual Spud Run (Optional) – Boise Idaho.
  • June 7-9: Radium Hot Springs (Optional) – Tri-Province Rally.
  • June 22: Cecil John Kin Ross Memorial Ride – Lougheed AB – (Formal Dress Code).  June 29 will be the alternate date.
  • July 13-19: WCC – West Coast Conference Ride – Cody Wyoming.  Actual conference opens on July 14th and closes evening of July 18th.
  • August 4-9: BK International Conference (Optional) – Bronx New York, USA
  • August 3-5: Nakusp Ride (Optional) – Cranbrook, Nakusp, Revelstoke.  Note: date is tentative as may be adjusted to following weekend.
  • Sep 6-8: Osoyoos Weekend Getaway (Optional) – Osoyoos BC – (BC I Invitational Ride).
  • Sep 28: Fall Colors Ride – Athabasca, Wabasca, Slave Lake – final official ride of the season.  (Date tentative due to weather etc.)

2018 Ride Schedule

  • May 19: Mayerthorpe Fallen 4 Memorial Ride – Mayerthorpe AB – First official ride of the season. (Formal Dress Code).
  • May 25-28: Annual Spud Run (Optional) – Boise Idaho USA
  • May 26: Heaven I Pie Run South – Country Cousins Restaurant, Linden AB – (AB I Invitational Ride).
  • June 2: Ride TBA/BBQ at B&Bs
  • Jun 8-10: Radium Hot Springs (Optional)- Tri-Province Rally
  • Jun 10: Heaven I Pie Run North – Chef’n Restaurant Pidgeon Lake AB – (AB I Invitational Ride).
  • Jun 23: Cecil John Kin Ross Memorial Ride – Lougheed AB – (Formal Dress Code)
  • July 1-4: WCC – West Coast Conference Ride – Calgary AB
  • July 15-20: BK International Conference (Optional) – Stone Mountain Georgia USA Note: Option to this may be a weekend ride to Cody WY USA.
  • August 3-5: Nakusp Ride (Optional) – [CANCELLED] Cranbrook, Nakusp, Revelstoke. Note: date is tentative as may be adjusted to following weekend.
  • Sep 7-9: Osoyoos Weekend Getaway (Optional) – Osoyoos BC – (BC I Invitational Ride).
